Posted onVerified A comfortable stay in this great B&B in a convenient location In a lovely, quiet residential area to the west of the centre of Bognor Regis but with shops and a bus stop close by. The beach is a few minutes walk and the centre about 1/4 hour stroll away. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and there was is great choice - the eggs royal was delicious! We had room 1 which is on the side overlooking the small garden. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a sofa. It has parking for 4 cars and free parking along the road with some EV charging. The staff are really helpful and kind - Even gave us a lift to a wedding receiption as it was on route while they went shopping. Fist class service. Only about 3 minutes walk to the beach. Excellent breakfast and very warm hospitality from Mike and Veronica. They loved having a drink or two in the cosy bar in the evenings. They look forward to their next visit. Road wasn't too noisy even with the windows opened. Second bedroom was a double bed and single bed which seemed more of a put up bed. Not ideal for our 36 year old son. We had a brilliant selection of teas and coffee including decaf and biscuits with tea making facilities. Bottles of water in the room. Everything nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent - lovely pots of fresh fruit including strawberries and yogurts, cooked breakfast choices included Eggs Benedict, Eggs Royale and vegetarian/vegan options. I stayed with my friend and we had two rooms which were lovely, quiet and located on the first floor. We had booked afternoon tea on arrival which wasn’t a disappointment - freshly made sandwiches cakes and scones with plenty of tea. We sat in the lounge later in the evening and all in all we were made to feel very welcome by the owner. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice.
